As a Commercial Leasing Agent, you will find prospective properties with leasing opportunities, market, show, and lease commercial properties either under contract with third party developers or developed by our team to prospective tenants. The ideal candidate will possess a solid grasp of commercial leasing practices, strong negotiation skills, and a passion for building tenant relationships.

Responsibilities

* Market available commercial properties through various channels.
* Build a client list of prospective tenants for leasing and future development
* Secure listing agreements with landlords for leasing uo
* Conduct property tours and showings to prospective tenants.
* Negotiate lease terms and prepare leasing documents in coordination with legal counsel.
* Maintain strong relationships with current and prospective tenants.
* Coordinate with property management and ownership on tenant needs and building operations.
* Track and report on leasing activity, market trends, and occupancy rates.
* Assist in lease renewals and expansions as needed.

Requirements

* Proven experience in commercial leasing or real estate (2+ years preferred).
* Valid real estate license Required.
* Strong understanding of lease contracts, commercial real estate markets, and property types.
* Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
* Self-motivated and able to work independently.
* Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
